This Privacy Policy explains how Paygift Inc. ("PayGift", "we", "us") handles information when you use the PayGift app and paygift.com (together, the "Service"). Our goal is to collect as little as possible — we do not gather your data for advertising or for tracking you across other apps and websites, and we never sell your personal information.

Information we process

To provide the Service we process only what you give us or what a feature requires: account information you provide at registration (such as your email), your order and gift-card redemption records, and basic device/diagnostic information needed to keep the Service secure and working. As shown on our Apple App Store privacy label, the app does not collect data linked to your identity for our own purposes.

How we use it

We use this information to create and maintain your account, process orders and issue gift cards, provide membership tiers and points, respond to your inquiries, and keep the Service secure and free of fraud. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Payments

Payments are handled by third parties such as the Apple App Store, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Those transactions are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not store your full payment credentials (such as card numbers).

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the Service (such as cloud hosting, payments, and email delivery), who must process data on our instructions, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations. You may request deletion of your account.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

The Service is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
